Aumann’s was well and truly due for a new website design. The previous one was built and designed in 2016. They wanted the new design to be fresh and on-brand. They also wanted it to look modern and to also provide customers with a better user experience.
The new Aumann’s website now gain more traffic every month, revenue has improved, and positive ratings from customers.
Aumann’s conversions weren’t where they needed to be. After a little research, we found customers were having trouble navigating the website. So we listened to what improvements they would like to see implemented.
Reimagine the website that focuses on a simple stress-free user experience.
Aumann’s user experience and accessibility was a sore point for the business and was costing them revenue. Based on feedback we knew that the customer journeys needed to flow efficiently. The team focused on making search and popular categories accessible to make the website easier to navigate. We also introduced ratings on the website to boost brands trust. In combination with new features and a modern approach to UI makes all the difference to their audience’s experience.
Extra functionality was added to allow Aumann's to easily display and sell specific products from certain stores.
We stripped the logo back to be more minimal and in line with the modern website design.
